Overheat complications

So my crank pulley sheared in half on the road a while ago, and i've got a new one back on, but I think the overheating from the breakdown may have damaged something else. I have the new crank pulley installed, but now it seems to overheat readily, and the valve cover bolts are wet with oil, which look like it leads to a smoking manifold. Is there a link between the seeping oil and the overheating? Any other ideas?

Possible blown head gasket. At the same time, it looks like it somehow broke the seal on the valve cover gasket, too.
