I have been looking on KA24DE.com and they offer these over sized vlaves. Now I was wondering if they would have any advantage over stock valves on forced induction vehicle. Would it improve performance any or would I be wasting my money?

my understanding is that it helps turbo spool slightly

is it worth the money though? As of right now with my setup I have no lag. And that is with out a ball bearing turbo.

IMO, there are plenty of other things that you could spend your money on. If you want to spend money on stuff, get something that you're gonna need, or need in the future. Why spend it on something that you don't need. This is not to say that there are no advantages to getting oversized valves. I'm not exactly sure what type of mods you have done to your car, so it's hard to say what you need, but I'm pretty sure that there are other mods that are comparable in price that would net you more gains.

you probably don't need larger valves. but hell if you've got the money to spend with the snap of a finger, then do it. List your mods, and I bet the whole community can give you advice and opinions on what you should get.

[EDIT]

Well don't I feel stupid? I just saw your sig and well, there are you mods! If thats all you got so, and since you didn't list it in your mods, get a full cat-back exhaust, headers. Personally I like the Apexi N1 Dual Exhaust. As for headers, I hear a lot on this board that people commonly use HotShot headers.

If you're looking for just engine, here we go of possible things to do instead of larger valves:

1. get a lightend flywheel. Daily driving will probably be a ***** because you're rpms will drop FAST. But hey if you want performance, you gotta cope with it. Personally, that will be one of my first mods.

2. upgraded clutch and pressure plate. Yes, you need that clutch to catch HARD.

3. '91 s13 cams. Exhaust or intake cams i dunnol. Do a search. I beleive exhaust cams is the common mod.

4. fuel pump/filter. Well i upgraded my filter to a 300zx turbo filter, and the pick up has improved a lot - but my car is N/A. So I dunno if this will make a difference since you are turboed.

Don't you want your ride to take 'em corners? You can't go fast without control. Suspension includes of:

Strut bars, tie rods, tension rods, sway bars, upper arms, lower arms, and ladder bars.

Well, personally I think it's a waste to get larger valves. These are some things you can do inplace of that.

If you want to make horsepower, it's all in the head. If it can't breathe, it won't make power. A nicely ported head with those valves will make quite a difference. Understand those are nitrated valves and they are also "undercut" to further increase airflow. These valves are swirl polished and resist build up of carbon. Not to mention they reduce friction against the guides and can withstand the high combustion temps of a turbo car. For added security on a fully built engine, get the inconel exhaust valves. I am getting a complete '92 head for my S14.....those valves are going in it.
