All cooling systems are under pressure.

Use an OEM cap (for proper pressure regulation).Use an OEM thermostat (rated at proper temperature).

A radiator cap rated at the wrong specification will put pressure on the weakest link in the system or fail to properly cool the engine.

Put your thermostat back. Drop it in a pot of boiling water with a thermometer to test its functionality to make sure it opens at the correct temperature, or just buy a new one. Theyre practically free.

Also, in hot weather, use 70% distilled water (NO TAP WATER!) and 30% Nissan green coolant.

m thinking that thers a clog inside my engine, or i think u call it water jaket, its like a tunnel were the water runs. and in our island, everyone takes of the termostat, they say we dont need it here, kos its very hot here, where under the equator, well close by. is it ok if i just transfer the radiator from a auto 240 to a manual 240?

Sorry, I wish I could answer that question. Hopefully later today a moderator will move this to the correct forum. Someone else who knows more about 240s can give you a better answer.
