over heating

i want to turbo my ka but if i leave it na and bore it 0.30 would i have future problems with over heating my engine.

No, you shouldn't. I know a kid that bored his .40 over and turboed it without complaining of any side effects. You should be good but measure those cylinders well, the sleeves are paper thin to begin with.

very true, be very careful with the sleeves, other than that, u should have no problem doing this, but i have one question for u, how much are u getting charged to bore out the engine??
