Ok, my car has been running a little hot while in drive thru lines. But, about 7 months ago I changed the thermostat and flushed the coolant and bled the system completly of any air. So, last week I noticed my fan was very free spinning (meaning not gripping enough to suck air across the radiator) so I got a new fan clutch. I thought that fixed my problem, but it started to over heat again the other day while at a long drive thru line.

As long as I'm moving, it has no problem at all. Which kind of puzzels me because my fan with it's new fan clutch pulls a lot of air now. And my water pump is fine. All my hoses are in good shape, and I have no leaks. And like I said, I changed the thermostat like 7 months ago. Only possible thing I could think of is the radiator cap. Any other suggestions? And when It started to over heat with the old fan clutch, and the new one, when I drove about 10 feet the gauge went back to normal.

Sounds like a restriction in your cooling system, likely the radiator. If it is a metal core radiator you could have it rodded out, If its plastic core you wil have to replace it as very few radiator shops will attmpt to rod a plastic radiator.
