WEll i replaced my baby radiator for a 3 core, power performance radiator and ash spec electric fan. Car doesn't over heat(when i say over heat i mean go to 3/4 and drop back to half with the heat on) while driving anymore but when i turn my ac on in like 10 minutes the temp gauge starts to go back up, and if i turn the ac off or the heat on the gauge goes back down to normal. Could this be cause the fmic blocking flow or a thermostat issue?

A lot of people that try the electric fan go back to the stock one for that very reason as the stock fan can move nearly twice the air any electric can, but at this time of year it shouldn't be an issue. There is no way you should need to turn your heat on to compensate for the cooling system effectiveness.

Putting an FMIC in front of the main rad, A/C condenser and oil cooler can't help either as that really impedes the air flow.

All the air is out of your system? Your thermostat is good? If you take the rad cap off and watch the coolant, do you see any bubbles going by?

At work we use a vacuum unit to draw the coolant into the engine which ensures there is no air trapped in the system causing low amount of flow. I plan on doing a writeup on a simple home made system to accomplish this as many engines are difficult to evacuate the air.

Electric fan is your issue...how many cfm is it even 2460? honestly either way as much as i would even like to run an electric fan to save room etc.. its just not worth it. Bigger Alum. rad retaining stock fan and shroud your set

if i have the fan run all the time rather than when it hits a certain temp would that be better? What would be good to connect the fan to so that it will turn on when i turn the motor on.

(i know a few people running electric fans without a problem so i dont think its because of that) Iwould go with the stock fan but i dont have money for it and i already have this so i might as well make this work)

The stock Mech fan pulls ~3000cfm, find an e-fan that does the same and you should be good. My pusher runs all the time since I got the car, i'm guessing the NA had cooling problems too so the guys wired it to the ignition.
