Give us some more information.

When did this problem start, was it an onset thing that gradually kept getting worse, or did it start after you did some work to your engine?

Is it running just a little hotter than usual or does the needle keep going over to the edge of the gage?

How many miles on your engine, have you done anything like replacing the water pump, radiator, or thermostat?

Have you checked your coolant level, do you have any leaks?

Im sure there are more questions to be asked but i cant think of anymore at the moment, just give us as much information as you possibly can.

the engine is rebuild and it has a koyo radiator and a flexlight fan.when you warm up the car it stays alittle above the middle range and when you drive it it starts to get close to the H mark.i dont see any leaks and the fluid level is fine.

You probably need to bleed the air out of your coolant.
