Not much with reliability. Get a stroker kit to make it 2.2 liters. You will have more results this way and less hassle.

None if you wan't to preserve the nikasil cylinder lining (GOOD idea) otherwise, have it re-coated after being bored. Having it re-coated can be difficult sometimes, you have to find a place that can do it, look for snowmobile motor shops etc. as they tend to deal with it more than automotive places.

you still can only go so far without a solution for the head problem.

sleaves arn't expensive at all...fyi. Anywho, the 2.2 kit will more then likely be more then most people will ever need. there are the few trying to reach 700-900hp that do resleave. otherwise it's pointless.

Yeah unless you wanna give JUN a run for it's money, just stroke it baby. You'll get plenty of power that way.

Just did the calculations and WOW. That stroker kit mentioned above is $2735. OMG there got to be a slightly cheaper one...

You wont find any good stroker kit below 2200. Unless someone just hooks you up. It would be sweet to get my hands on the Tomei kit though. I'm still wondering if I want to invest in a stroker kit. Would be nice though.
