5w-30 just went into the odyssey after 6k miles, I'm hoping it makes it past 50k miles :(

but then again I hate that ****ing car...

I went ahead and downloaded the PDF version (cheaper) and am going to print and look at it properly over lunch today. :)

My first blush feedback flicking through it: "good coverage of oil basics in about 68 pages of writing."

It is a really good thread about motor oil on maxima.org...talking about oil analysis and even has a spreadsheet with results. Answers a lot of questions regarding different brands too.

Mr:I am aware of Maxima.orgs laudable efforts.Some of what I write is based on their UOA's.

I dont agree with all of Bill's conclusions though as the thread I linked above shows.
