I was working on the ball joint replacement and left the car in the on position to rotate wheel and ofc it drained the battery. I jumped started it, but now the outside temperature gauge is showing 3 dashes/lines instead of the degrees outside. It's been a couple days, still no change. Can't find anything in manual, anyone have ideas?

Try disconnecting the battery for 10 seconds to reset the cluster. Weird things happen when the voltage drops below 8.5V, the cluster processor may be "off in the weeds".
