Outside temp problem

Im having a problem with my outside temp gauge not working right. It keeps bouncing all over. It will go up to where it is supposed to be then just drop off to like 60 when its 88 outside then it will slolwy rise again and so on. It just started happeing and it effects the air conditioner temp also when on auto. Any suggestions would be apppreciated. Thank you its a 2004 g35 sedan

2004 G35 coupe.......Ive noticed that on a hot day my car will read 95 or so, and then after i start it up and drive off, it will move down to about 85 or so (actual temp) ...

ya thats a little different though. This will jump down 20 or 30 degress while im driving and then gradually go back up then do it again. Its very annoying. Im thinking it loses power somewhere then gets it again, loose connection probably. Anyone had this prob
