Outside mirror replacement

Ouch..I backed out of the garage a little too close to the passenger side and wrecked the mirror pretty good. You'd think it would just fold away, but I must have caught it too close to the pivot point. I got a replacement already but I'm not sure how to go about removing the interior parts to get to the bolts. Do I just pry (?) the speaker out of the way to reveal the bolts?

Any help, hints or links appreciated...

Ouch! Been there, done that ... well, actually, it was my wife and her car, but the result is the same outcome.

Anyway, take a look at the Service Manual for the car. Link to the files is in my signature. Do a "Right-Click -> Save" rather than trying to read the manual files directly ... the files are too big otherwise.

This should get you on the right track, I hope.
