Installed the Stillen Cat Back Exhaust over the weekend... Not too aggressive but it definitely wakes up the sound of that V8.

I spent more time trying to remove one nut then it took to remove and install the rest of the exhaust; and I don't even live in the rust belt. Nothing a Dremel couldn't fix though :chuckle:

It sounds great! I could barely hear any drone at all, particularly at cruising speeds when it would be the most annoying.

I will try to get a sound clip this evening.

My phone didn't want to record much more than 10 seconds; I recommend listening on a sound system or headphones.

From drivers seat, window open, in garage...

From drivers seat, window open, making a turn...

I will try to make a longer one when my phone decides to agree with me.

Not too bad. Any possibility of getting one of you flying past the phone/camera and one taking off so we can hear how it sounds at WOT?

Here is a video I took when I got my M35x exhaust...if you could do something similar you'd get TONS of view on YouTube and members here would appreciate it as well.

There are many video sharing sites...just pick one from the Google list. It'll give you a shareable link.

I really need a GREAT video of this exhaust because this is the one I want to get (axleback version). I want to make as an informed decision as possible.

Does anyone know, or can you check when it is convenient, how long the tip is from the muffler body?

8 1/2 on the top, 7 3/4 on the bottom because of the angle.
