NOOOOOOO!!! My RB25 alli is going over to the dark/expensive side!!!!

Just kidding man, go faster by all means. I really like the Borg-Warners too. What prompted the change? Shoot me a list if you get a chance with what parts your getting rid of. I might have to get you to overnight me some sweet a** JDM tight drift spec partz from japan, err, I mean Peru

RB26 and 25 rods are the same but pistons are different. The bore is the same but the 25 piston is taller than the 26 because of the stroke....I'm pretty sure this is correct..someone correct me if i'm wrong though.

Correct. You cannot use RB25 pistons in the RB26 with RB25 or RB26 rods. And using RB26 pistons in an RB25 results in an ultra low compression ratio of around 8:1.

QFT, the 25 and 26 pistons differ due to their compression height making them non-interchangable.

Make sure you replace the idler, and tensioner and the stud that it goes on, just cheap insurance to keep you from bending valves.

Ha!

Can't wait to see this new build running. I think your going to end up using the better part of those 1000cc injectors.
