So in 2011 an employee of the sheriffs department ran a stop sign and hit me. Still dealing with the injuries and ended up getting nothing because of being blue-shielded according to a friend of mine in law enforcement. The impact was the front right frame rail into their front left axle and their front right axle was against a curb - no crumple. Ended up with a broken neck, back and nerve damage.

The car has been sitting for a long time, and is in need of some TLC. I did start it a long time ago, but yeah...

I'm not sure if I want to fix it, part it out or just sell it. I am in Summerville, SC. It has a lot of decent parts in it such as the automatic temperature controller from a Japanese 180sx? if I recall correctly. Injectors, different turbo, etc... All in all, I calculated out around $30k in parts if the parts were all purchased new, and that was in 2011.

Unfortunately with it sitting my dash finally cracked. The moon-roof, however isn't leaking, but it was covered for the time it was outside, but is in a garage now for quite a while.

Not sure if I am up to the task of fixing it myself just because of my injuries making it hard to move but I am open to suggestions. What do you all thing I should do with it?

Damn man that sucks and I'm sorry to hear it.
I think you should ask yourself - even if you WERE able to fix it all yourself, would you feel well enough to drive it? I'm not sure how bad your injuries are, but maybe try getting in and out of it a few times to see if you think it just sucks now. Also I'm guessing you had some pretty stiff coilovers in there back in your pre-accident youth days. You'd probably want to swap those out for something soft and cushy.
Do you have any pictures of it?

Attached are some photos. It was sitting outside under a cover but that didn't do much to protect it. Then it sat in a garage for a bit. I did remove the siren unit ( used for HORN ) and installed that in my Rogue.

One thing I would do is trade the current wheels for stock wheels if anyone has any available.

Those wheels actually look pretty good. Are they 4 lug?

Sorry for resurrecting this old thread but are you my 240 doppelganger? I've never seen a car so similar to mine... and my car has also been sitting since 2011 and it also has an RB swap! I've recently started working on it though.

Did you ever make a decision on what to do with the car?

Here is my car before I rolled it out of the garage and cleaned it:
