cliff notesold starter start to clickreplaced remandreman starter spins, doesnt engage to flywheel.replaced with another remanthe new reman does the same thing, find out if i hit the starter it will be normal again, but i am really frustrated. i want my car be relible. and i am out of ideas.
i need suggestionsdo i need to change another brands starter?is there something wrong with other stuff?

same thing happened to me, mine was was from autozone so that explains it, lifetime warranty = cheap product and replacement. what happens is the solenoid gets stuck and yes hitting it does free it, it rarely happens but i just crank a few times and it turns. would suggest OE nissan one or could be a wiring prob. but the OE one should do it.

just buy another one from nissan because those autozone ones dont work
