I made the trip up from CT on thursday night battling traffic with a combo of button shifters and 2JZ power, 3 hours later i ended up in concord new hampshire, where i meet up with DJbutton (Dan). the first thing i see when pulling up to the state house is a boat on wheels... anyone have an idea what this is?
Image
we ended up going to see the expendables that night, if you haven't seen it please do, just watching people get decapitated, stabbed repeatedly, and the explosions made up for the sub par story line. The next day we woke up late and hopped in dans 240 and made our way up to portsmouth NH for a day of pure awesome, we also ended up driving up to hampton NH to check out the "jersey-esque" boardwalk, my eyes hurt from seeing all the booty :chuckle:

we stumbled upon this shop full of MGs and other vintage british cars, pretty neat little place. After a nice "scenic" drive we returned to portsmouth and ended up drinking our selfs stupid and smoking cigars like it was our job. If anyone goes to portsmouth anytime be sure to check out Federal Cigar and Ri-Ra. We get a call on the way back to Dan's house about a exotic car show at the anheuser-busch brewery in merrimack NH, ill post those pics tmmrw

We'll have more pictures up today from the exotic car show we went to. Any specific nice car you want to see, I'll check for a picture of it. Tons of amazing machines were there!
Greg, I'll hook you up with some details if you guys can ever make it, NH has some of the nicest places for scenery and old school charm in New England. The town we were in last night was incorporated in 1632 and has one of the oldest communities in America, so fun.

Yeah, random stuff like that cruises around the Capitol here where I work. I spotted some custom yellow old school race car the other day.

Ok, so I'm bored, here is a smattering of pictures from this morning. Heavy has better ones since my crappy Palm was all I had to capture with.

A Seven is always fun, but one this clean with this much carbon is just perfect!

Not a huge fan of the color, huge fan of the Exige S part though

Heavy rolled a bill up to snort lines off of a Pantera... that is what the car was made for right?

well of course i miss an awesome weekend in the state that loves to give me speeding tickets. I need to make a trip up there soon. I guess I'll just have to settle with building badass 240's instead of visiting friends.

Saturday morning rolled around and we hopped in my IS300 and flew down the highway to merrimack to check out the exotics. I pretty much dropped my jaw and pitched a tent in my pants the second we drove up into the parking lot.....

After the show ended we hopped back in the IS and went to five guys where a few of us pigged out and had heart attacks. Later on i got to take dans Rb hatch for a little "leisurely" cruise....right... Tomorrow I head back to CT in the A.M. to go enjoy driving with the lovely people of Massachusets all over again.

New Hampshire was a cool place.

I liked that no one in the entire super 8 minded us operating a drill press in the parking lot at 3:30am.

I hope I make it back out there again this next year.

I didn't think Lynn was bad. Isn't there still a candlepin bowling alley on the Lynnway?

Candlepin keggling FTW!

Joel, Lynn is probably the most ghetto town on that stretch of coast now. Pretty nasty.

Really? I thought Chelsea was supposed to be worse. I remember the expression "Revere by the beach, Chelsea by the smell..."

My aunt had an apartment for a couple years in Lynn near that traffic circle at the shore near the border to Swampscott. Didn't seem like a bad neighborhood a few years ago. Has it deteriorated??

Well its not like it used to be. It is much better and down town is being revitalized. It still has problems like gangs and car theft. There are nice parts of Lynn, closer to Swampscott and Lynnfield.

Meh, either way, much more talk of Lynn might ruin this thread of NH awesomesauce. Might get added too this weekend if I make it out to an event going on.

This weekend might be hill-climb pictures from VT but there will be plenty of win-sauce on curvy NH roads to get there, pictures will be added. If not I'll put up stuff from racing at NH Motor Speedway

Wow thats a pretty good car show with alot of uncommon/rare cars. Im jelous really.

I was in Ocean City NJ for a couple days. One tip, do NOT go into the water. I could break my pen15 off with water that freakin cold.

I think I saw a lambo in Atlantic City but nothin super special

PS - didnt see any hookers. Casino'd for 3 hrs and lost only $10 overall.... fail.
