Hi there, I'm installing a set of AGX's and Tein s-tech's within the next two weeks. I'll also have a set of upper camber plates for the front(this is an S13 BTW), and rubber dust boots all around.
I'd like to know what other bushings, rubber pieces, etc, etc you guys would suggest I replace durring this install. First off, the front camber plates will take the place of the upper strut bearings, correct? Are there bump stops that will go on the AGX's(my stock ones)?
Now in the rear, I was thinking just a new OEM upper mount: I read somewhere that a solid rear mount(as is sold by Tein) will allow for more suspension travel(this was on a 200sx I believe). Is this true? Any big reason I should shell out $150+ for rear mounts?
Like I said there seem to be about 2-3 oddball rubber pieces in the rear, and I'm unsure of their purpose. I assume one of them is a bump stop, and the other the upper mount? NISMO makes replacements for these, and they aren't too expensive($10-20).
Thanks for any suggestions you can make. I know this a newb-ish post, but I would rather replace all those wear items, while I'm 'in there'.
Cheers,-Jamie
