O.K. Someone before mentioned that my motor seemed to be one of the rare s13 blacktops with the different cams and the t28. Well, another thing today made me think this same thing. I was getting ready to extend my maf and the colors are completely wrong. It has a THICK black wire (12-14 gauge) and then a black wire and a brown wire. Can someone please point me in the right direction here?

What exactly are you asking? You want to know how to find out if your motor is one of the rare ones? Or what?

Does your ecu have a J4 on it?

It's a 62... Pretty sure the J4s came from the 96-98 S13s. The engine with different cams came from 94.5 to 96...

NISSAN used several sources for wiring harness and each one used some different color wires, however fuction is the same and pin out of computer and connections are the same. RB are the biggest problem, but SR's have some too.....
