Ordering products

Okay, I am ordering a stillen front fascia from someone for the UK on this forum, and if you read this its not that I dont trust you I just dont trust people in general. Have any of you ever ordered anything like this from this far away? Is there any garuntee if I do not recieve said product? The payment is through western union if that helps anything. I just really dont want to get ripped off

AltiCoupeDan is who im buying from... But his myspace does not register UK but New York, and his email name is not Daniel and his myspace states, but Bernard.

first.... arent you like 15... why are you buying things online without your parents......

second.. dont ever pay with western union... that is like a scammer's gold mine... ONLY pay online with PayPal, where you can get your money back

third... send an email to a moderator to check out his profile... see if everything checks out..

fourth.. why not just order through stillen... there price isnt that bad

Haha Dan is not from the UK, he's from upstate NY. He just recently sold his coupe and I took his headlights/exhaust. Very trustworthy guy, he won't rip you off.

Well he sent me the payment information in GBP (Great British Pounds) and his address also shows he is from there

He was only asking 230 for it and I can get it painted for free, so thats u much better price, although it seems "too good to be true" im all about getting a deal.

Ill see if he will use PayPal.

And also I dont find very much respect in people knocking me down just because of my young age. Not hating or anything, I just dont believe its very respectful. And I have enough sense to order my own things online.

disposable email address yes... i dont trust forums with selling my email....... used to use my email adress... but i started to get a bunch of crappy spam emails, so now its disposable..........

sounds like a scam man.... he wants you to pay using western union?? first red flag... its in GBP?? second red flag...

step carefully with this one. again... use paypal. its the safest way

pm him dude, ask him why he is using an address out of county. dont send your money somewhere fishy... at all, once its overseas there is no way to get your money back, the only guarantee you have is his word

well. tell him to pm you on this forum. if its really him he will be able to log into this account and send you a pm confirming its the same person.

Listen brother... the bottom line is, DO NOT send money through Western Union or any other wire service. Paypal only, that way if you do get scammed, you WILL get your money back!!! Now that you know this, proceed at your own risk. Good luck.
