Ordering new wheels - just need a few last tips.

I have an 'arctic frost' 08 altima coupe. Getting some new wheels for it... for a while couldn't decide between 18 and 19" wheels but I found the wheels I want and they are not available in 19, so 18 will do.

My questions are...
A. Will I need to modify anything for 18s?
B. Can I use standard size tires?
C. Do I really WANT standard tires? Or should I go more low profile, and will lower profile wheels be okay with 18s?
D. Any +'s or -'s to them being 8" wide all around? I guess 7.5 is more standard for front wheels, is that right?

Any help, opinions, or suggestions would be great, I need em. Thanks fellas.

i run 18x8 with a +38 offset and tire size is 225/45/18. 0 issues other then 18s look kinda small on a coupe
