its not too hard, just watch out for the wiring, i was unprepared for it and it was a bit of a pain. make sure you get the fsm for the ca and it would help to get one for the ka. get the sr wiring diagrams from heavy throttle, as the ca is wired the same. with some friends and the necessary tools it shouldnt take more than a few weeks at most - unless youre like me and decide to star the swap when its so cold outside that your fingers freeze to the friggin car, then it takes 2 months becuase you have to go inside and warm up every 5 minutes. depending on where in FL you live, you might not have to deal with this though. good luck on the car, itll be a blast. doing it yourself is by far a better choice imho, youll know way more than you ever did about the engine when youre done and it makes fixing stuff a lot easier.
