There likely won't be any extra fees, and if there are, you can definitely negotiate them as part of the deal.
They'll probably try to find the exact vehicle you're looking for from another dealer to do a swap before they do a special order. But if you really want a special order, you can insist on it. Negotiating with dealers isn't nearly as hard as most people make it out to be. You give them a take-it-or-leave-it offer with all the specific terms and details spelled out with an OTD offer price, and if they let you walk out the door, just go somewhere else. If your offer is respectable, they will chase you out the door. Do not fall for their attempts to get you to increase your offer. It's all a smokescreen they use to manipulate. When they did this to me, I increased my offer by 99 cents. Seriously. And then they sold me the car I wanted.
