orange marker on front fender,imports only question

ok i was thinking of removing the orange marker and getting somone to fabb in a Z symble.just like on the 350 has anybody removed theres and if so how big is the hole and what should i look out for any help apprecated.

First off, it does look a whole lot better when it is shaved. click on the link to my brothers Z below. Just search around and look at how many other Z's have it off. I believe that it makes the overall appearance of the car look a whole lot better.

I've seen some people use that Z emblem from the side of the 350Z to do that

It shouldn't be that hard to take it off. It will probably have 2-3 holes behind there.

since it is an active turning light.would i have to put ends on the wires and should i be careful to not bugger them up?

You should always cover up any bare wires, no matter what.
