Hi guys,

A few days back I talked to Mack at McKinney and he informed me of 3 wires which should have 12v when the key is set to on position... a red/black locate don teh large plug by the battery.. a blue wire spliced into that one... and the orange wire in the interior plug by the ECU.

Well the red/black does have 12v... but the orange wire only have .04v......

The orange wire runs directly from the brown plug above the ECU to teh ECU which is only the distance of maybe 1 foot. So how on earth could it be hooke dup wrong? any chance it is not grounded properly or something?? if anyone has an ideas I'd appreciate it this wire may be the culprit.

Problem again is that I have no spark..and the injectors aren't firing. The engine canks and I do have fuel comming form the fuel pump.

ok Scratch the problem with the orange wire I called McKinney again and I misunderstood Mack last time, it only reads 12v as the key is being set to the on position and of course after finding that out I go try i and it works perfectly.

I think checked the injectors and the coils and they all have a proper 12v voltage with the key on.... is there any chance it can be the CAS???

from what I understand if the key is on the on position and you spin the CAS by hand you should be able to hear the injecors clicking... I don't hear anything I tried sticking my ear to it, I tried sticking a screwdriver on it and listening to the screwdriver... nothing.

Some help guys please... tonight and tommorrow are about my last possible chance to get this running I start school 200 miles away on Thursday.

hey, i'm having the same problem. actually, i get spark in the front cylinder, but not the three rear ones... i tested all the coil packs by using them on the front cylinder clip, and all 4 work, so i'm just not getting any spark to those 3 rear wires.... everything looks correct, did a new ignitor fix your problem? have you reset your timing to 15 degrees? did you check all 4 coil packs? can you check the voltage coming off the ignitor chip when you try and start it? i talked to the guys at heavy throttle, and they seem to think that since i'm getting spark in one cylinder, my ignitor chip is probably not bad. it's wierd that you are also not getting gas. i can smell mine after a few retarted starts.... what else have you checked to try and figure this out? thanks and good luck
