any difference 04-05?Nav cannot be used while driving(is that a pain if true)?power gate. is it by remote/or how?can you watch dvds on the nav?vdc off what is that?close/cancel with a pic if the rear gate?sat radio standard? sirrus or XMmileage horrible?

1. I think they added bluetooth for the '05 model

2. You CANNOT input destinations and access certain menu options while you are driving

3. Power Gate is operated by remote, or by a rubber button cleverly hidden just above the license plate. The button is located next to the "I" in Infiniti on the back of the vehicle.

4. It is a fairly easy mod to get the video to the front Nav screen on an '04 or an '05 model, I personally did this to my '04.

5. VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) AWESOME FEATURE! It basically keeps your vehicle on the road (even in snow and ice) by very smoothly adjusting braking and power to the wheels. It is truly an amazing feature, I have it on my '08 Armada and my '09 Murano (had it on 3 other Nissan/Infiniti models).

6. Close/Cancel button is to close the lift gate, or you can press the cancel button basically as a "kill switch".

7. On the Infiniti SAT radio was standard, usually XM, but sometimes Sirius. I love XM! Even if you don't have one or the other, you can add it easily by purchasing the tuner from Nissan.

8. Love it or hate it, I observed around 14.2 MPG with both my '04 QX56 and my '08 Armada.
