OPTIONS ON 20 INCH TIRES

I HAVE A 2011 M37S, MY QUESTION IS IF ANYBODY IS RUNNING BIGGER TIRES ON STOCK 20INCH WHEELS. I HAVE 245/40R20, I WAS WONDERING IF I COULD GET A BIGGER TIRE ON THE WHEEL. MORE MEAT ON IT, MAYBE I WOULD GET A BETTER OR SOFTER RIDE. MAYBE A 250/50R20? ANY SUGGESTIONS OR COMMENTS

I would look into 255/45/20" I did a tire upsize on my 19" when I still had them and the drive was improved!! More meat on the ground gave me a softer ride from contact on rough roads! I had a performance tire from Firestone I believe they were firehawk so I didn't feel like I lost any handling!! Size 255/45/19" is what I had!!

Tire Rack list the optional sizes as 245/40 front and 275/35 rear. It's not more meat on the tires but the rears give for a wider stance. A thicker tire is will not look too good on those wheels though, IMHO..

I will look into those 255/45/20. I don't want a wider tire just a little more meat between the wheel and the road. Thanks

HI new owner here. A followup on the original question. Any recommendations for the 37S 20R OEM setup all weather tires? Need something that will work for occasional slush/snow and summer tire won't do.

Any luck with The 255 45 20? I just pick up 2 for the rear was wondering same exact question same exact car.
