I saw several threads a while back with many people having problems with them. I am pretty sure that is why their advertising was pulling.

<~~ never had a problem with them. Along with 240sxmotoring. Only 2 places i have ever ordered from.

Only company i had a problem with was raceonusa. They sucked. fenders i got were in horrible condition, looks like someone stuck gum on the fender and the fiberglass sheets were pealing. Then some chick with an attitude handled the customer service.

Optionimports is still pretty active on zilvia. At least mike, one of the main guys is always at least selling his own stuff on there. You can try checking there.

Maybe he was just getting more responses from the zilvia crew and have a smaller budget? iono.

i ordered some sway bars from optionimports and it took a month or more to get the order correct. What they sent me was the wrong order. I ordered both front and rears and received a used front sway bar, that's it! So, we agreed that i will ship it back with an RMA number and they will refund the shipping cost to them. they haven't even refunded the shipping cost to ship the order back to them and it's been almost a month now.. wouldn't do business with them again.. bad customer service...

I ordered an ARC titanium radiator shroud for my buddy 350z. The shroud was not only used but they tried point the finger at UPS for bad handling. They refused to send me an exchange.

only ordered some tokico struts from them and i thought they did a good job with the order, but this was also off ebay, a lesser chance of them screwing up, imo

As a credit card holder you have rights, and one of them is to demand that you get your money back in such cases. $350 is well worth the 10 minutes it takes to write a letter to your CC company. Related tip: don't ever allow a place to charge your card without delivering product, and then feed you a bunch of BS. You can file a claim only up to a certain point in time, usually 60 days after the billing date. I've done this at least a dozen times and it works.
