They messed up my order and I got the same thing from them. Finally just gave up and kept the wrong item and ordered the right one through Phase2(good service).

So far they've been the most substandard vendor I've dealt with that sponsors this board(and I've dealt with most of them by this point just to feel the waters out).

I have bought from Optionimports and had no problems.

Ordered one item changed my mind half-way thru and bought another. They switched my order no problem amd even sent me the money for the (lesser) difference in value when my stuff came.

Pretty timely too.

I am sorry you had a problem I find it weird that there is no answer there

mother****.... they aren't responding on AIM and they still won't answer the god damn phone... I wanted to go through Phase2 I even called them and they found one for me just so I could have it by Friday of last WEEK when I needed it... but nooooo the person who ordered it for me since I use an ATM/DEBIT and didn't have 300 to blow on it right now found it for less at option and ordered it through them... now it's Monday and I still have no Radiator and can't get a ****ing response... I am moving to San Diego Thursday night so that mother ****er better be here by then or I'll be stopping by Walnut California on the way... I swear i think i get every half *** vendor/dealer/snake possible when it comes to this damn car.

Why don't you relax, i'm sure there is an explanation, just because they don't answer the phone one day, I could see if this was going on for over a week. I love how people start talking **** because their product isn't at their door the next day.

Um... aer you oblivious to written text?? I hate when people start commenting when they have no clue what's going on.. I ordered it Wedn. at about 9 AM... explicitly stating at the time it was needed by Friday... I called Wedn... Thurs... Fri. Not on the weekend they are closed... I called today.. I've e-mailed them three times... when I called on Friday it was BUSY.. and 5 minutes later I called and no one would pick up the phone... I got screwed out of an RB in the Night7 thing... the SR I ended up with VIA another NICO member had basically every external part fubarred and I had to replace it.. in a FAIR AND EVEN WORKING TRADE.. so If I want to be upset that a company can't do what it states they will do I can be.

well that's nice in theory... I need them to answer their phone or I need to see the radiator here. Then maybe that will matter more

Tell me about it - I probably called them over 30 times and sent 3-4 emails trying to get the right Defi gauge I ordered. I finally gave up since I figured I'd spent so much time on it already that I might as well just keep the damn thing and get the one I wanted in the first place.

I'm going to have my order cancled through tem or through my credit card.. they lost my business... sucks for them too because I'm about to rebuild my SR and slap an FPbigT28 on there... the prices they have are good, I ws goign to use them for various parts pending this order.. they blew it.. they were on aim today.. I messaged them politely stating I had an order placed and needed soem urgent help.. nothing.. so I said.. look this is bull**** someone there is reading this... do your ****ing job.. show some custome service.. and they signed off.. I'm done with them.

I'm with you guys on this one.

I placed an order for a part through them on 7/15 and still haven't got it yet. A week after I originally placed the order they called me and said it was placed on backorder and they would get the shipment in 10 days. Well it's the end of August; you do the math.

I haven't really made a huge deal out of it because my credit card has NOT been charged yet. However, they DON'T respond to e-mail or phone. They are a shady outfit. I will never buy from them again.

I had a very bad experience with them. They're advertised pricing was the best I could find on Samco hoses, Koyo S14 Rad, and fal 12" fans. Called them on a Monday. Told me everything was in stock and I would get it by Friday. No show on Friday. Called them, told me nothing has shipped, and two things were on backorder but they would be in the following Tuesday. They AGREED to do 3 day select on Tuesday so I could have everything by that Friday. Friday rolls around and, you guessed it. Still no parts. Called them up, asked why they lied about inventory and never followed through on shipping promises. The guy I spoke to I believe was Rick. He played dumb and tried to act like he didn't understand the words coming out of my mouth. I told him all of this would have been avoided from the beginning if he just told me the stuff was on backorder to begin with. After three weeks of this I cancelled the order. Got the hoses from Phase 2 and the fan and radiator from SPL parts as PROMISED. Overall, I highly recommend not giving them any business. They're prices are cheap for a reason. Sometimes it's worth paying a little extra for great customer service (Phase and SPL).

Cool. While we're adding to the list I'm still waiting on a Koyo rad for 3+ weeks now and a Defi oil temp gauge for about 1.5 weeks.

The rad they said I'd have at the end of the month, the defi gauge was part of an order that I got the rest of the items from but they said they'd send the oil temp gauge later.

Not good practices. FYI make sure you know your credit card's rules about disputing charges. CC's are usually pretty good about sticking up for you but you need to do it right. Usually 60 days from billing date is the deadline for filing a dispute. Just send a letter to the address on the back of the CC bill that gives the facts concisely. Enclose any supporting evidence. Usually they will do the right thing by you. Don't let anyone charge your CC and then stall past the 60 days limit.

You can have Phase2 price match optionimports prices. I got my Cusco stuff a dollar less than options selling price.
