does anyone have any tips on how run a z when automatic on a roll and out the hole? any tips or advice to get boosts or advantages?

not sure I understand your querry, for drag the auto has the advantage that you can hold the brake and get the drivetrain loaded by holding the engine at high revs waiting for the light to drop, this should get you out of the hole faster than a manual ( sort of a prro boys line lock), and the auto should shift faster than banging gears as well, that being said it also takes all the fun out of it want to add power? turbo kit?
