Optima Batteries EX35 2008 question

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Do any of you know if we can use an Optima battery in the EX35's? If so, please tell me what color (type) is the best and what model number is used for this crossover/wagon/suv? This is much appreciated!!!
