A acquaintance of mine has a 1970 SRL311 1600cc that he's willing to sell. Car is mostly original, with the exception of some God awful 1970s Cragar-type 5 spoke aluminum mags - which look like they should be on a Nova. It's not a project car, just something he bought a few years back because the original owner need $$ fast. It's been an occasional driver for him. Car looks to be in good condition, no visible rust or damage. Starts, runs and drives perfectly. So far as I know, all numbers match.
He'll take $4k for it.
At that price point, should I try to flip it fast or look into doing a complete restoration? I need this car like a hole in my head. Already have a DD and a Z roadster. But wtf, it seems to good to pass up.
New to this forum, sorry if I did anything wrong or my question is out of line.
