I wouldn't get hung up on not having a VLSD (Viscous Limited Slip Differential) as you can pick up a superior unit aftermarket, or even get a used VLSD from a junkyard, private seller, etc.
Anyway, like I said before and Mustangman said...make sure the swap isn't a hack job. It would majorly suck to get the car and then have to find a competent shop to fix a butchered swap.
