hey guys wutup. i am jus about ready for my SR swap but im having a hard time choosing brands for what i am gonna get right off the bat. With the engine iw ant a clutch, intercooler, BOV and an oil pan because i have heard that they are often bent in shipping. any 2 cents would be appreciated, wether with these parts or not.

ps dont say im ricey cuz of a blow off valve. **** that stupid fast n furious movie lol thanx guys

wut im thinking(nothing definite)

1. Clutch- Clutchmasters, SPEC(heard they explode though),ACT

2. Intercooler- Id like blitz but prolly to much, Greddy R or V, spearco?

3. BOV- im pretty sure im getttin blitz, cuz i heard it has a nice deep swoosh and also i got a good price

4. Oil pan- are there differences from cheap to expensive pans?

thanx

I had a SPEC when i first did my swap, and it blew. I'd get an ACT street/strip and call it a day.

IC, i bought a R spl Greedy, err, Greddy. No complaints, you can't really go wrong with any of the FMIC kits available.

HKS Super sequential for me. Yes, it's loud and ricey, but it works a hell of a lot better than the two aftermarket BOV's i've tried on my Evo.

Oil pan. You can get a Greddy oil pan for about $250, and it's a great piece. But not all the stock pans are dented. I'd just wait and see what your motor looks like. Some minor dents can just be banged back out.

1) ACT

2) I believe the Blitz, Greddy and HKS FMICs are all the same with minor changes, pick one, I'm an HKS whore so I got the HKS.

3) HKS Super Sequential is ok, Greddy Type-S is also a good unit.

4) Like GraySilvia said, Greddy $250.
