Pull the motor for a flywheel change??????David_NISMO wrote:How can you go wrong with billet steel? But is it a necessity? Where else could you spend the money that would take care of reliability?
On a side note, once you get the motor in, you're not going to want to pull it again just to swap a flywheel, so if you've got the monies and no where else to spend it, it looks pretty solid to me.
I can't change my clutch without pulling my motor. I assumed you had the engine out already, but from your other threads I see you've already had it in.RB20DETodd wrote:

you dont have to pull the engine to change the flywheel.David_NISMO wrote:I can't change my clutch without pulling my motor. I assumed you had the engine out already, but from your other threads I see you've already had it in.
So, why are you confused again?
Almost, I'd have to hang the motor from a hoist and unbolt all of the mounts to do it. There's just no way to get at the top transmission bolts, plus no clearance to slide the transmission out.Kamin wrote:

Nice performance gain?Carl H wrote:ive got that same flywheel and it looks very simmilar to the jun one that we put on a buddies car, its silly light compared to the stock clunker.
He wouldn't know yet.RB20DETodd wrote: Nice performance gain?
