opinions on seller in 240sx.org classifieds

I paid for a VLSD at the beginning of August, I recently got my cashed cancelled check returned to me from my bank, the last I heard was UPS was supposed to be picking it up fro delivery. I haven't gotten a Email response sionce and I have been sending emaiols almost every other day. I just got the phone number and I am going to try and findout what the friggin deal is, its been almost 2 months, when I was told it would take about 3 days to ship it off after the check cleared. I can understand it's a b**** to ship since it's heavy but atleast tell me if you are having trouble!!!!(sorry if I'm rambling as it's been bothering me , it's like virtual therapy or something)
