Is that list decent enough for a slight rebuild? Should I at least throw in some piston rings? I'll have a shop do the install so installation price will probably be a *****.

Along with the swap, I'll be throwing in the following:

you might want to get a fuel pressure regulator to go with the new fuel pump

go ahead and throw rings/bearings in. Do it in the beginning, so you don't do it a few months later (le sigh) when something goes wrong.

where do you get rings / bearings? sorry to ask, i have never rebuilt a motor before but would like to know more information. thanks.
