Opinions on motor swap/build

Hello friends. I'm looking for some opinions/information on a particular conundrum I'm having. I'm trying to decide whether to swap either a SR20VE, SR20DET, or build an SR20DET. Now, some background information. 1) I'm looking for reliability. My current motor is at 185,xxx well cared for miles and this will be my primary mode of transport. 2) I want no more than 250whp. I already have a wicked fast project car. 3) I have access to a full service speed shop at little to no charge and plan on utilizing this. I also have most of the parts needed to build a turbo kit from previous non-Nissan builds.
