opinions on a kit someone is selling?

I know there has been a million thread like " is boost designs a good kit??" and so on, this is a guy who turboed his zenki, and is now selling it off as a kit. im not looking for something too advanced, i need something that will spool quickly for drifting and also be reliable. but ofcourse for reliability u need tuning. but what do you guys think of the kit, as far as the items included. his buy it now price is 1600.
