opinions on a C-pillar bar

what are your guy's opinions on a c-pillar bar? can you feel any difference? what is it supposed to help while driving? turning? is it a waste of money? thanks

i have the megan c pillar bar on my hatch... eh... honestly, i dont feel that much of a difference, but i think more or less, its for the bling factor, plus you cant go wrong with $20
