Pros: 200 hp 180FTlbs of TQ tuned QR25de6-spd manualNice 17'' WheelsBright and shiny new carGood Gas mileage and a Warranty w/0.7%financing

Cons:Styling only a mother could loveUnsure of aftermarket support$22-24K price tag puts it with Mazdaspeed 3, WRX, SRT4 and used RSX, EVOS.

This would be my daily driver, trading in my TURD 02 lancer OZ Rally(Rally my ***) I have owned a nx2k and B13 Se-R and loved both of them, so the SE-R is calling my name, but I dont know a whole lot about the QR motors and cant find much about them. I even tries SE-R.net and nothing. Any opinions??

I personally would wait for the next years model, (I Wouldnt buy the first release of a new platform in general).we have yet to see how nissan will mess up this Sentra's QR motor (like it did with the b15). Performance Wise it is on par with the new SI.

Engine's fine. It's the same as the last series with a bit of factory mods to get 200 HP out of it. Since the problems from the last series were fixed this one's fine.

The car platform's been out in Europe for a while so that's also fine. It's one of the few cars with a near perfect safety rating from all the crash testers. Even in the rear ending whip lash test.

Considering how much Nissan tried to avoid accepting that the old QR25 was flawed, I can't help but be skeptical of this one, in spite of the revisions, for another year or so.
