opinions of intercoolers for rb25det s13 silvia conv.

ive got a rb swapped s13 with an oem aero frontend, im putting it in the body shop and i want to keep the metal and foam inside the bumpercover, and my fmic with out cutting the bumper cover to much, so i wanted to know if anyone is running the whole bumper combo (metal, foam and silvia bumper cover) with an intercooler kit (i have a 3 x 12 x24 xspower right now) and which kit/intercooler they run, i want suggestions i understand that their will be custom fabrication involved but i just want to know which ebay brands to avoid and which have good reviews on nico. also which nico sponsors offer good reasonbly priced intercoolers. also some guys have suggested that i get a universal piping kit and i would like to ask if anyone uses these kits and whih brands = any way thanks guys and sorry for the long post

as far as i know theres no real way to get a proper sized intercooler behind the stock stuff.

you might be able to run a small core IC but it will heatsoak fast or be inefficient.

i was thinkin about getting one that wasnt shorter top to bottom but i dont wnt to sacrifie to much performance. i also dont want to have to cut up my rare and exspesive oem aero bumper to bad.
