Ok, so I'm not sure about these, but they seem too dang good to pass up. Here's the deal with my car. I like to keep the weight down (stripped interior) and I autocross during the spring/summer/fall, so I need to keep the wheel weights down also. At 1lb/inch, I think they are a pretty good wheel especially for the price, check it out;

Offset is pretty high, that's the only thing I can see wrong with them. +43, you'll need to run a pretty big spacer I would think, but ask one of the tire/wheel guys like Exar-Kun or the Tirerack guys.

Those wheels will fit just fine, my freind had a set of them.

stock offset is +40 and 6inch wide so the +43 offset and 7 inch wide rims will move the inner wheel lip 3mm + 1/2inch closer to the strut. I personally had a 7.5inch wide wheels with +45 offset on my s13 so i know it will fit.

Learning by experience sucks, thats why I like to help when I can.

And let me guess, you had stock (or at least type) struts too right? Not coilovers?

If you ever plan on getting coilovers in the future (or if you have them now), these will probably not work without spacers.

Dori Dori is 100% correct as usual. They will be fine with the stock setup but no room for coil overs.

16x7 w/ a 40 offset had about 3mm of clearance on my Tein HA setup

So anything above that is gonna need a spacer.

Well I plan on getting Tein HE's. I'd like a 7.5" wheel, so do you think a +40 offeset would still clear? I also have to worry about my Z brakes too. I'd like something in a 17x7.5 +35 offset, but I don't know how easy that is going to be to find...

Tein says that you cannot run anything over a +38 with a 6.5" rim so I would guess no, but have never tried.

Thanks, thats good info. I may have to look for something closer to a +30. I haven't decided on coilovers yet. I just dont know if I need the adjustable height or not...
