I had a friend with a new GT. I've invited him to the track a few times, but he doesn't seem to want to go. I rode with him before and although his car has some decent power and torque, I really wasn't too impressed. I guess he just doesn't want his V8 getting showed up by a 4 cylinder.

I'm not sure what suspension you have, but with me, it's very tricky trying to launch a car with coilovers, an OS Giken clutch, and 205 all season tires. I was happy to get a 2.1 60 ft time.

My nephew seems to have lost interest in that car, but he refuses to sell it back to me for a decent price so I can put some love back into it. Not sure why I sold that car to him. I figured, he needed a car and I thought I outgrew it, so I sold it to him. He took good care of it for the first few years, then he got married and stopped caring.

Years later I was regretting selling my S14. Since I've owned a S13 coupe and two S14 Zenkis before, it was either going to be a S13 hatch for me or a S14 kouki. I went with the cheaper one so I'd have more money to put into the car.

I'm happy you said that. too many people in 240's think that they will get better and easier launches with coils. They build their suspension based off of parts they see at drift events and set it up based off of drift drivers and then wonder why their 350whp 240 can barely break low 13's. I have seen people pull their coils and add in factory suspension and get better times.
