So I had some down time this weekend so I thought I'd try painting the grille. I've seen the grille all blacked out on lighter color cars and always thought it looked out of place, too much black. I painted everything but the Logo and bottom bezel gloss black. Not sure I like it or not yet. What do you guys think?

a.) Keep itb.) Black out the bottom bezelc.) Go back to the stock, except just paint the middle gloss black.

Oh yea, pro-kit, new wheels, and front lip are in store, but I just bought a house so that's my focus for now. Lastly, any ideas on how to patch up the license plate holder screw holes?

I think I would go with option a, however option b looks surprisingly good.

Yank off that front plate mount unless your state requires f&r plates!

Are you talking about something like this? http://www.nicoclub.com/archiv....html

If you are, get the smaller plugs. I tried both and the smaller ones were much nicer IMO because they were more low profile.

Nissan paint is only like $8 for a thing of touch up and that's what I used. Also, I don't recommend sanding them. It looks cleaner and the paint sticks fine.
