First is First, i'm talking about S13. S13 S13.

well, is it really coilovers? theyre not even adjustable (for that price, of course)

My research, It has 5.3 kg/ 3.8kg springs with non adjustable shocks made by KYB.

Drops the car 1 inch front, 0.6 inch rear.

price, around $600.

What do you guys think on these. should i shoot it or just pass it buy those damn 1 gran KTS. (It'll take time. but nismo i can buy-it-now)

if you want them to be, then don't buy those.

I really like them on my car. I think they are a good package for a daily driver. If your looking for a complete package right out of the box, that is really easy to install then these are what you want.

they are a matched spring / shock setup, the shocks are valved to match the spring rates...

if you dont want anymore of a drop and youre ok with the spring rates, then yes...you shouldnt worry about them being adjustable because they already come set up

You are right. maybe it was just one person that actually blew the shocks.i only found one person in internet somewhere. he complained that his blew after 6 months. (megan track.)

Anyway, I guess I'll just get nismo.

well, i think 5.3kg/ 3.8kg spring rate is good enough? right? or is extra 1.7kg more stiffness really wroth another 500 dollar? 15 way adjustable is good but nismo shocks are already tuned.

i'm not a big fan of lowered vehicle so i don't mind if heigh adjustability

if information on general forums is right, nismo s-tuned is only 436 shipped.

I would like to get the S-Tunes myself. It's cheaper than a spring/shock combo, or at least comparable. IMO, the spring rate is just right for a sporty street car and the OE quality plus warranty is nice.

I wouldn't buy them if you were going to run the car on the track alot, but I don't really need the height adjustability so that's not important to me. FWIW, on the damping adjustability a alot of the people who have AGX shocks say that they set them and never change 'em.

coilovers are going to be that much better if you do some real spirited driving, ie mountain runs, autox, track. if you don't care about slamming then get shocks/springs.

but after testing tokico shocks with h&r and going to full coilovers it was a night and day difference. body roll becomes complete nill feels flat. with the shocks and springs its more towards stockish feeling so body roll is all still there.

i'd just slap on some tein s-tech if going cheap for a mild ride improvement. springs arent valved for the shock but it feels fine and wont blow.

^^ you have to remember though, h & r springs are only a little stiffer than stock, compared to these which are some of the stiffest springs you can get without going to sleeve overs or coilovers, theyll feel a lot stiffer than h&r or definately s-tech

h/r around 2kg/2kg i forgots-tech 3.7kg/3.2kg

nismo 5.3kg/3.8kg

stock is 2.0kg/2.0kg

The most important reason why i'm getting NISMO is because i can put NISMO skickers on my car. J/K

Never mind this whole thing. They tricked me. Price used to be 680 dollar regular, 580 discounted. And they advertised 25% here and next day, they raised the price to close match up old price (so they don't lose money). So. Never mind! really pissing me off

reminding me old lesson: 1 of 7 big lies on the earthSales man say "I'm selling it cheap, and also losing money. My loss is your gain!"

I'll just buy Megan racing.
