I,m going to boost my vh 41 with around 1,5-1,7bar from my 4094r.

Have checked the std nissan headgasket against the rb26, sr20 and ca18,
-it is identical.

My plan is to run the std HG with arp headbolts and hope it will take it.
I have 8.5-1 cp pistons ready to go in it.

Nizpro says that they use the std gasket with their builds, but I dont know if the block is o-ringed...

I have run 1,7bar on a completely stock gti-r sr20 engine for about 30 000km,s without issues,
so I think it should work.

What do you guys think?

Is there any uprated headgaskets on the market avaliable for the JDM vh41?

as long as you keep detonation in check, have a good tune, and run good quality fuel you should be just fine.
I've pushed as much as 26psi thru my rb30 on a stock rb26 headgasket and arp head studs.
stock gasket is well designed and can take abuse, but a bad tune will do it in with the quickness.
