operation head unit... continued

So thinks for the insight people, i now have a jensen head unit installed. and all the little white connector was, was the changer... good call. but there is one issue. i am what many would consider a newb at this whole car audio thing. and i dont know what to hook the park brake wire to. plz help! Ill post pics when i'm completed

I've been a professional car electronics installer for years now. If I'm not mistaken, Jensen screens will take a code that you can input from the remote control. All you have to do is set the parking brake wire to ground and input the code. The code unlocks another menu where you can turn the parking brake safety feature off. As far as the code goes, I don't have it memorized, but I do have it written down in my tool box at work. If you can't find it I'll make a copy of it when I go in tomorrow and post back for ya.

thanks that would be great if you could do that. so i wouldnt have to hook it up at all?
