So, Rush started Operation CHAOS in order to get the DNC nomination to play out until their little get together to finally choose the DNC presidential nominee. Lots of people are pissed off at Republicans, altho the idea seems to have stemmed from the Dems helping Mac get the nod in NH (and potentially other states). Some Dems in Ohio seem to want to have Rush arrested for this happening in their state.

Anyway, I ran across the following news story today:http://www.time-blog.com/swamp....html

Quote »Ever more fascinating Pennsylvania registration numbers emerged today and the PA Secretary of State is still counting. Apparently there are, so far, 4, 119,213 registered Democrats now in Pennsylvania, that’s up an additional 74,261 from last week’s tally. The state’s voter registration deadline closed at midnight a week ago today. In my voter registration story last week, I only had numbers through the week of March 17. The totals so far for the week of March 24 (which really is one day, last Monday) are pretty amazing: 33,281 Republicans and Independents changed their voter registration to Democratic and 44,867 new voters registered that day. Again, these aren’t even the final tallies, which are due next week. [/quote]And some interesting comments from the above link:

"It is the excitement of the people to make sure that Hillary is the winner of the primary and they will not allow the pro-Obama media types like Time to deny her the Presidency that raises the number of people registering. Hillary will not be stopped."

"There is no one in PA who doesn't think Hillary deserves the primary and the Presidency. Even Republicans are lining up to vote for her because they now understand what a great candidate she is!"

Hmmm. Thoughts?

I think Rush is kicking back and loving it. He obviously has no love for McCain and even less for Obama. He wants to continue to assist in the boxing match that is the Democratic Primary. The Republicans that have switched to vote for Hillary obviously would not vote for her in the General Election.

That is correct, which makes the comments kinda funny. Neither Rush nor Ingram nor Hannity like Mac altho some others like Medved do.

audtatious, I think your last post in this thread...zerothread/324864pretty much said it all. But, if McCain chooses a running mate wisely, he can wrap up the election. The 6 names that I've seen tossed around are not, in my book, enough to swing the scale to McCain.

Hillary and Obama are destroying the dem's chance in November. I'm not even sure I care about them anymore. I would love a candidate I could get behind and support, instead of choosing whatever is left after weeding out the ones that will destroy America.

It's sad that neither party can put anyone up who would work for us instead of for their own partys direction (altho Mac seems to step across the isle 100-times more than the other two)
