I messed up on UPS shipping, and ended up charging these people $25 for shipping, even though it ended up being like $8.

I feel bad now.

That was after I messed up another thing, and had to fix it.

Seriously, if you feel bad about it, do the right thing and give them that money back. Hell, you can even take out the 35 cents it'll cost you to mail the check.
